Mo's was started in June of 2019 as Mo's Flooring, Cabinets and Organization. The owner, Patrick Franco, began installing epoxy floors in garages and it quickly became apparent that these floors could be used in more than just garages. After working on projects in churches, basements, and other businesses, he realized that the name created confusion and often people thought that Mo's only worked in garages. So, the website and branding were changed to eliminate confusion.

Mo's specializes in projects under 2,500 square feet because their equipment is not designed for massive warehouses. When the project requires, they partner with a larger company that specializes in concrete construction to make sure the project gets done quickly and the customer can use the surface without significant downtime.
